The CS12 Profile Conversation. Before we build anything, we get to know who you are, how you work, and what you need. We use the CS12 Assessment to see how you tend to express your personality, for two reasons. First, it helps you improve—one of the keys to keeping human-AI collaboration wise, since agents echo our intentions. Second, it shows us how an agent could work well with you over the long run.
Step 2—A custom build
We design your agent's identity first, then its function—built on the CS12 framework, tailored to your work.
Step 3—Deploy and sustain
We handle the tech for the build. If you subscribe to a care plan, we keep your agent current as AI evolves, because humans need to lead the collaboration rather than spin it like a top and let go—a view many in the industry now share.
